We don't believe in hidden fees or fine print. Our pricing models are transparent, though we do account for market-driven fuel surcharges and accessorials as defined in our surcharge index. Each shipment is governed by the Bill of Lading, which acts as the primary contract of carriage under Florida transportation statutes.

How do we handle the unexpected? Our liability limitations are set to industry standard per pound of cargo weight, unless additional valuation is declared prior to dispatch. It's vital to note that insurance claims must be filed within specific windows (typically 9 months for damage) to remain valid according to the Carmack Amendment.
